Minor League Baseball Loving Bacon!

In one of the more interesting Minor League Baseball promotions we've seen, Kevin Bacon will throw out the ceremonial first pitch tonight for the Richmond Flying Squirrels on "Tribute to Bacon Night."

If you're thinking that there is no way THE Kevin Bacon would throw out the first pitch in a Minor League game in Richmond, Va., well, you'd be right -- he isn't.

The Kevin Bacon appearing at tonight's game is actually a detective with the Chesterfield County Police Department who works with the Chesterfield Crime Solvers program.

He was recently elected as the Area Director for the Virginia Crime Stoppers Association.
